薄熙来案维持原判 Oct 25th 2013, 03:05 中国山东高级人民法院今日对前中共高官薄熙来案二审宣判，维持一审无期徒刑判决。 前重庆市委书记薄熙来因受贿罪、贪污罪、滥用职权罪，数罪并罚，9月22日被济南市中级人民法院一审判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身。 薄熙来不服一审判决，在上诉期限内递交了上诉状，山东高院在上诉期满后决定予以受理。
